My Everyday Life as a Psychic Medium - Nicole M Ferguson

September 11, 2016

Hello everyone, I’m Nicole a psychic medium who currently resides in the state of Oklahoma.

I decided to create this post after a number of family members, friends, and curious clients have asked me, "What is it like to be psychic medium on a daily basis?"

So, for anyone with a little curiosity on the topic, here is what a typical day is like for me...

First things first, INTENTIONS! According to Google an intention is a thing intended; an aim or plan.  I believe an intention is a prepared thought that I create when I first wake up in the morning.  Typically, intentions look like a mini film in my mind showcasing my desires for the day and oftentimes they involve me FEELING my best (i.e., happy, excited, appreciating life and energetic).

Sometimes I will throw in a few spicy "intended" images and see if the Universe wants to play for the day.

During the weekday - which is what I will be focusing on here - I drop my daughter off at the bus and head straight to the gym.  After I consume some of my favorite pre-workout I hop on the elliptical for 30 minutes of cardio (I always watch an inspirational speaker on YouTube during this time.  Some of these motivators include Dr. Wayne Dyer, Sonia Choquette, Mavis Pitillia, Abraham-Hicks and many more).

Next, in an adrenaline filled state of mind, I head to the weight room for 20 minutes of weight training.

As a psychic, the weight room tends to be a little tougher energetically. More often than not, I pick up a lot of interesting thought-forms there. They tend to primarily be self-loathing and overly confident impressions that are sent to me telepathically from those around me. Sometimes I will get psychic insights on strangers but I do my best to not "read" people out in public.

After my workout I usually slam a vegan protein smoothie and hit the shower.

Around 11am is when the magic happens (AKA work mode).  This involves reading around two clients per day, answering emails, web design, getting into a Zen space for my daily meditation, writing a blog post, saying hello on a social media site, and more.

During my work hours, tuning into Spirit is nearly effortless.  The best way to describe this mind state is somewhat like listening to a radio station that is dialed into a different frequency or dimension; the vibration of Spirit.  It feels exciting, clear, all knowing, all loving, precise, and inspiring.  I will often get a mixture of inspired thought forms, intense feelings, and pictures that help me and my clients live a more fulfilled life.

But here's the kicker, I'm not the only "magical" chosen one who receives golden nuggets of inspired thought.  Even though I do this work for a living anyone can have a close relationship with those in spirit too.

If you wish to improve your psychic abilities or be more in tune with your Higher Self my first suggestion is always meditation. I will talk more about this in a later blog post.  In the meantime, if you are a newbie to quieting your mind, give my guided meditations a whirl.  They are easy, quick, and help you clear your thoughts.

By 4:00pm, I am ready to pick up my daughter from the bus and a few hours later my husband arrives home from work.

Although each day has many similarities it also comes with a mixture of new and exciting people to connect with.  For the most part I work behind the scenes… by choice.

I enjoy my quiet life, at least for now :)

So there you have it, not super thrilling but perfect for me.  Are you a reader?  What exciting things happen to you on a daily basis?  Please share your experiences on my social media sites or SHARE this post!
